How are credits calculated?
Subtitle generation is charged by video length, and subtitle translation by length and number of languages. Any partial minute counts as a full minute.

What is the difference between a subscription and a credit pack?
A credit pack buys credits. They never expire and you can use them whenever you like, which suits occasional projects. A subscription (monthly / quarterly / yearly) gives you a lump of credits for the term and also waives the three per-use fees (batch processing, styled ASS export, bilingual subtitle export). It does not make credits cheaper — the price per credit is the same either way. If you export at least one video a week and use batch processing often, a subscription is clearly cheaper; if you only export now and then, a credit pack is the better deal. The two can be used together.
How do the monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans differ?
The benefits are identical (same credits, same fee waivers); only the term and price differ: 3 months for ¥99, 12 months for ¥349, which is cheaper than paying monthly. Credits arrive as a single lump, not month by month, so you never lose unused credits at the end of a month.
Does the subscription auto-renew? Do I keep my credits after it expires?
There is no auto-charge. It simply ends on the expiry date, and you buy again manually when you want to renew. After it expires you only lose the fee waivers; the credits in your account are not cleared and remain fully usable. If you renew before it expires (or switch to a longer plan), the expiry date is extended instead of the remaining days being wiped.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. All credits you buy are valid indefinitely, until you use them up.
Can I buy more than once?
Yes. You can buy any pack at any time and the credits are added together.
What if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, you can pick a plan again and retry. You will not be charged twice.
